Norman Vineyards would be nothing without the help of all the hard-working and dedicated staff that keep things running and the wine flowing. We would like to introduce:

Once in Southern California, Lei attended Cal State Northridge where she studied accounting while raising their two children. Until the mid-eighties, Art and Lei were only part-time residents of the Norman site where they at first farmed barley, safflower and oat hay along with grapes. Gradually grapevines replaced the other crops and the winery was built.

Steve Felten, with over 30 years of experience in winemaking, an obsessive drive for excellence and a highly discriminating palate, has been the General Manager and Winemaker here for five years. A true craftsman, he believes that balancing the aroma and structure of a wine is an art form. When Steve is not out skiing or hiking in the High Sierra, you can find him enjoying the local Paso Robles culinary and music scene.

A man of many talents, Jim has put his chef career on hold to take over for his father to promote Norman Wines around the country. While his sales style is totally different from Art's, his passion for the vineyards and wines are just as great.

Beyond managing our Estate Vineyards, he also manages several other vineyards from which we purchase fruit. Willie is equally adept at winemaking, and plays in shaping our wines.
 
At a small company like Norman Vineyards, Willie and his two employees, Cande and Jose, are what keeps the place running.
They basically know how to do just about anything from vineyard work to building the Norman's new home, and everything in between.
 
He enjoys being outdoors. He's  an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys studying helicopters and jets. Willie has an extended family that includes his wife, Darlene, two daughters and a new grandchild

Born and raised in Redondo Beach, California Judy Scott was lucky enough to meet a great man who also enjoys living on the Central Coast with their four girl kitties! An Atascadero resident for 13 years, she loves doing crafts and going to the beach. Judy is very busy handling all of the administrative duties at the winery, helps in the Tasting Room, and still loves to volunteer at regional winetastings and charity events.

Originally from Massachusetts, Paula has raised her family on the central coast since 1990. Now with four grandchildren, she enjoys crafts, projects and spending time with her family.
She has been in the wine industry for the past 20 years.
